How to write headlines that actually work?

August 8, 2016, in the residence of Metropolitan Nektarios on the island of Corfu, the President of The International Charity Festival of Christian Culture "Russia-Greece. Together Through the Centuries" Pavel Karpukhin and the director of the festival Artem Laevsky with Metropolitan of Kerkyra, Paxius and Diapontian islands Nectar and Archimandrite Justin (Constantas), rector of the church of St. Spiridon of Trimythous.
The meeting discussed the plan of the forthcoming festival. Metropolitan Nektarios warmly supported the idea of the festival, blessed his conduct and suggested making it an annual event. Bishop also addressed the organizers and participants of the festival with a welcoming speech.

At the end of the meeting, Metropolitan Nektarios and members of the organizing committee exchanged memorable gifts. Bishop invited guests to the house church, told about the life of Saint Arseny of Cappadocia, then the guests kissed his holy relics, and blessed the members of the organizing committee of the festival with the right hand of St. Spyridon.
